Sanford breaks ground on clinic in northeast Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls, SD – Sunford Health has celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 26,500-square-foot clinic in northeast Sussex Falls. The Sanford Madison & Veterans Parkway Clinic will be located on the northwest corner of Madison Street and Veterans Parkway, just minutes from Interstate 90, and will have an attached Lewis Drug Retail Store and Pharmacy.

“When the off-ramp at Veterans Parkway from Interstate 90 was completed more than a year ago, we knew this area of ​​the city would need healthcare,” said Andy Moons, vice president of operations at Sanford Health Falls in Sioux. Not only will the waterfall provide near-home care for residents, it will also provide much-needed healthcare for the communities of southwestern Minnesota and northwestern Iowa. “

The Sunford Madison and Veterans Parkway Clinic will have 34 clinical examination rooms, accommodation family medicine, pediatrics, outpatient physical therapy and women’s services. The clinic will also have a lab, radiology and ultrasound services.

The Sunford Health 3D mammography mobile truck will be regularly parked at the new clinic, providing convenient access to 3D mammograms for patients.

Construction of the new clinic will begin in full swing this summer, with an expected opening date of early 2024.
